Have Eva Green & Naomi Watts Joined The Dark Knight Rises?

Marion Cotillard and Natalie Portman rumored to be in the running for roles in The Dark Knight Rises announced pregnancies. Knocking the two actresses out of the running. Now there is word from Collider that Eva Green (Casino Royale, Kingdom of Heaven) and Naomi Watts (King Kong, Eastern Promises) have been cast as Vicki Vale and Talia al Ghul but it's unknown who is playing who. The site is running this as a rumor at this point but seems possible as casting should be underway for it's May production start.

Actresses Testing For Catwoman?

MovieHole reported that an unnamed group of lesser known actresses have been testing for the female lead in Batman 3. CBM on the other hand have strong beliefs that Selina Kyle is likely the role since Catwoman has been linked to the project previously.

Tom Hardy Joins Batman 3

Deadline reports now that Mad Max 4 has been delayed Tom Hardy has a role in the untitled Batman 3. While the site says Tom is in the film his role is currently being kept under wraps. It's likely it's one of the villains.

RUMOR: Eminem Lobbying For Riddler?

The Enquirer is reporting rapper Eminem (8 Mile) is lobbying the producers of Batman 3 for the role of the Riddler. Of course it's hard to take a gossip magazine reports seriously but it could be interesting casting.

Should Robin Williams Play The Villain In Batman 3?

Recently Robin Williams has denied being involved with Batman 3. He previously was offered the role of The Joker in Tim Burton's Batman and then the Riddler in Batman Forever. My thought is why not just have him play villain a in the third film? Not just a well known one perhaps Black Mask. I would love to see Robin continue his streak of playing badass motherfuckers. While most know him as the lovable comedian he's had many powerhouse performances in his past work. Films like Good Will Hunting (which earned him his Oscar), Christopher Nolan's Insomnia and One Hour Photo have proved he's not to be fucked with. I believe that Robin could slide into Nolan's Gotham City and do wonders for the film.

RUMOR: Marion Cotillard Is Catwoman Or Talia al Ghul?

Marion Cotillard (Inception) is again rumored for the role of Selina Kyle (Catwoman). The interesting part is that she could also be up for the daughter of Ra's al Ghul. Of course this seems like nothing but gossip like the majority of previous Batman 3 casting rumors but it would be interesting to see Marion play Talia. Since it could help bookend the series with the daughter of the saga's first villain.

CBM is reporting the rumor that the three stars of Inception could be up for the role of the Riddler in Batman 3.

10 Actors & Actresses That Should Land Roles In Batman 3

It's expected as soon as Inception is released on July 16th we'll be hearing more information on Batman 3. The film is already set to be released on July 20th 2012 and is rumored to start production in March. There is the possibility that roles could go to actors Christopher Nolan has previously worked with. Rumors that Joesph Gordon-Levitt, Leonardo DiCaprio and Marion Cotillard could be cast in the film have been circling for months. I've come up with actors I feel would fit perfectly in Nolan's Gotham City. I don't believe most of these actors have been mentioned before. This is just my personal wishlist of who I'd like to see mingling in Gotham. I'm not mentioning characters or villains just capable actors who could fill roles.

Joesph Gordon-Levitt Rumored For Riddler?

Joesph Gordon-Levitt who had previously been rumored for the new Joker (which was debunked by Nolan). Joe is now rumored to be in talks for the role of the Riddler in Batman 3 according to Hollywood Life. I'd love to see Joe in the film no matter his role, villain or not. It's not out of the question since Christopher Nolan does like to recycle actors he's worked with before.

The Joker Will Not Be In Batman 3

Writer/director Christopher Nolan has confirmed to Empire he will not be bringing back the Joker for the third and final Batman film. There had been specultion of re-casting the role but the rumor has always been demisted by Nolan. I hope there is some sort of announcement at Comic-Con who the villain will be so that endless speculation can finally stop.
