Avengers Promo Poster Features Hawkeye & Modern Cap Costume
Someone was able to nab this cellphone pic of an Avengers promotional poster at the Licencing Expo. It's likely artwork for the Hasbro toyline as it's similar to the Thor and Captain America art that leaked last year. It does however give us a first look at Hawkeye in his Avengers costume. Along with updated looks for both Captain America and Iron Man. I'm unclear if the Iron Man armor seen in the image will actually be on screen. It's interesting to see the group together even if it's only toy promotional artwork.
The Comic-Con presence for Marvel Studios is said to be muted this year. As there will not be a promotion for Avengers. I would like to think the studio could put together a second teaser trailer just in time for Captain America.

Could This Be Iron Man's Hulkbuster Armor?
DailyBlam was able to capture a SHIELD viral video that was playing WonderCon. It shows a glimpse of Hulkbuster armor blueprints. The armor very well could make the Avengers as it's been hinted that the group goes up against the Hulk.

Mark Ruffalo Teases More Hulk Films
Talking with Empire Mark Ruffalo spoke about playing the iconic Marvel character. During his interview he teased sequels for Avengers and even a new Hulk film.
"They set up several pictures over a couple of years and possibly there will be a Hulk movie. There'll probably be a couple more Avengers too, which would be fun."
While I assume we could be seeing the exploration of more gamma related villains like the Leader. Showcasing characters like She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters), Rick Jones (A-Bomb), Red Hulk (General Thunderbolt Ross), Red She-Hulk (Betty Ross), Lyra and Skaar could help expand the Hulk lore. There is also the possibility of seeing Hulk off-world in a Planet Hulk type storyline. Hulk is shipped off Earth to a peaceful unpopulated planet but ends up crashing onto warlike planet instead. He has to fight aliens as a gladiator and ends up saving the planet.

Mark Ruffalo Talks Avengers & Hulk Motion Capture/3D
Vulture was able to talk with Mark Ruffalo who is the third actor to play Bruce Banner on screen. He went on to talk about using insprition from the Bill Bixby series (similar to Ed Norton). Ruffalo from previous interviews seems to be excited to be working with the rest of the cast along with writer/director Joss Whedon. I did enjoy the last Hulk film but I don't think Norton got Banner down. I have high expecttions with Ruffalo now in the role. Even if his scenes will be limited since the amount of characters showcased. Mark also mentions how he'll perform Hulk scenes himself with the help of motion capture and teases the film could be shot in 3D.
"I'm really excited. No one's ever played the Hulk exactly, they've always done CGI. They're going to do the Avatar stop-action, stop-motion capture. So I'll actually play the Hulk. That'll be fun."
"I really love the first TV version of it, the Bill Bixby one. I'm gonna shoot for that a little bit. He was an everyman in it. He's always on the run and trying to find love. It's really a sympathetic character, before he turns into the Hulk and [frick]s everything up."
Ruffalo concluded speaking on his excitement of being the first actor to portray the Jade Giant in 3-D, he says, "I hope I don't bulge in anyone's face, that's all I have to say.".

RUMOR: Joaquin Phoenix Offered Hulk Role?

CHUD is reporting that an offer has gone out to Joaquin Phoenix replacing Edward Norton as Bruce Banner in Avengers.
"Reliable sources tell me that Marvel has already put out an offer, and the actor they've spoken to is Joaquin Phoenix, believe it or not. Phoenix is taking time to mull over the offer and the bigger implications - Marvel may yet resurrect the Hulk franchise - but Marvel hopes to have him in place by Comic Con, which is when they want to announce their new Bruce Banner."
