We've been hearing for awhile now that Kevin Smith was making a hockey movie focusing on a "hockey goon". i09 talked to Jay Baruchel (Tropic Thunder) who hinted he and Seth Rogen (Green Hornet) could star in a hockey film called The Goon. I'm connecting dots that i09 didn't seem to bother doing and I'm excited. The Canadian actors could be great together I did wish they had more scenes together in Knocked Up. Plus it would be nice to see Kevin Smith return to his own material.
"We have a hockey movie we're trying to do [The Goon]. So, it's a toss-up [as to] which one goes first.."
