Hugo Weaving In Talks To Play Red Skull?

With exhausting rumors circling the role of Captain America. I'm relieved to see information come out about the second most important role in the film. Of course I'm talking about the villain. HeatVision says that Hugo Weaving is in talks to play the Red Skull. Hugo previously played the iconic Agent Smith in the Matrix films and Elrond in Lord of The Rings. He's also given strong performances in V For Vendetta and most recently in The Wolfman. I'm beyond excited to see Weaving in the role. I just hope the rest of the supporting cast is this impressive.
