We've been hearing for months Mark Millar's (Wanted, Kick-Ass) plans to turn his newest original comic into a film. Now we have a better look at the comic's tone. It's tag line on the first issue is "Makes Kick-Ass Look Like $#!T". Thanks to ComicBookResources we have an idea of what to expect from the new series. The premise of the comic is "what would happen if a billionaire super genius like Bruce Wayne/Batman becomes a Joker type super villain?". Of course this would be in a city without superheroes and the police are only ones standing up to him.
